What is a healthy life? (A definition)
As someone who strives to live a healthier life, I have accomplished a lot frustrated with the messages that have been sent to us regarding health. So I decided to do some research and find out what the research says about living a healthier life.
Here’s what I learned:
1. A healthy lifestyle involves eating more fruits and vegetables
The minimum recommendation is to consume at least two servings of fruit and three servings of vegetables per day. However, it seems that the greater the variety of vegetables, the better. [2]. Therefore, try to eat a variety of vegetables and fruits to ensure you get the full spectrum of nutrients.
