I did a study a few years ago where we asked people to spend about 10 minutes memorizing positive words. They did it for homework again this week. Ultimately, they showed small but noticeable improvements in their well-being.

For what? Research suggests this might be because the stronger the connections you make in your brain to positive information, the easier it is for your brain to use that information in daily life.

So it seems like you can actually train the part of your brain responsible for positive memories. When you train this part of your brain, you make positivity more available, accessible, and easier to activate. And with enough practice, you’ll get better at remembering the right things (just make sure you don’t practice remembering the wrong things).

This may sound silly, but it can help Memorize positive words. This act of memorizing positive words forces your brain to activate the brain regions associated with those words (i.e. positive brain regions). When a region of the brain is activated, it becomes stronger. SO Memorize positive words can make positive concepts, memories, and ideas more accessible and easier to activate in your brain. So if you try it think positively If you think about something in your real life, your brain will probably find it easier.

Don’t know which words are positive? Psychologists have measured the emotional content of countless words to determine their positive and negative nature. You can try creating your own list or get ours Book of flashcards with positive word.

There are many ways to do this Building Strong Positive Neural Networks with these positive words. For example, you can memorize five positive words and set an alarm to remind you to recall these words in reverse order later in the day.

Or you can print (or use) positive words. Cartographer), cut each word in half, mix them all together, then combine them again. For example, the word “laughter” would be broken down into “laughter” and “hter”.. Then match the parts of the word so that your brain not only has to find the word “laughter” but also searches through lots of other positive information in your memory to find the word you are looking for.

These positive memory activities are a good place to start because they are simple, fun, easy and quick, and can help you develop your brain in ways that make it easier. think positively differently.
