​Did you know that gardening is good for our health and well-being? That’s right! Gardening is the right mix of sunshine, fresh air, soil on our skin and fresh food that contributes well to well-being.

My absolute favorite route Reduce stress is to go to the garden. There’s something about getting out in the sun, getting some fresh air, putting your hands in the dirt, and creating something (fresh food) that is truly calming and grounding. Some previous studies have shown that gardening can increase life satisfaction, psychological well-being, sense of community and cognitive functions. 1. Use gardening to create calm

Going into the garden can be calming, almost like a Meditation and can help Increase mindfulness. The repetitive motions of digging, weeding or harvesting can help calm tired minds.
