Activity: Self-compassion
We are often harder on ourselves than on others. For this activity, you will be asked to write yourself a compassionate letter. Imagine talking to yourself as if you were talking to a small child. Be tolerant and compassionate. Think about it: How can you reassure this child that they are a valuable, precious, beautiful person?
Be sure to write this letter to yourself with compassion and kindness.
