Wealth is often about having something positive emotions And Meaning– the two key aspects of well-being. These aspects of flourishing can be assessed by asking yourself the following questions:

3. Meaning and purpose in life are necessary elements to thrive.
Do you feel like the things you do in your life are worth it? Do you feel like you have one too? meaning of life (or maybe goals) in life? Answering “yes” to these questions is a sign that you are doing well.
4. Close and satisfying social relationships are a central aspect of thriving.
I even have a few healthy relationships People you can count on, whether family members or close friends, can help you maximize your wealth.
5. Character and virtue are qualities that some researchers and philosophers consider necessary for success (VanderWheele, 2017).
Some virtues include wisdomCourage, justice and temperance (including pardon, humilityAnd Self control). Actions aimed at improving oneself, others and society are considered an important part of a good life.
Ways to Thrive
Family
Thriving often means having positive interactions with family. Marriage is associated with greater life satisfaction, better mental and physical health, and lower life satisfaction. solitude. Conversely, divorce (and growing up in a divorced household) is associated with poorer mental and physical health and poorer health status. chance and life satisfaction as well as poorer relationships between children and parents. Does this mean you can get married alone? No – it’s more likely that a satisfying, committed romantic relationship (one that probably won’t end in separation or divorce) can lead to success.
Work
Thriving means finding joy in daily activities that, for most of us, involve work. People who work have greater life satisfaction, better family and marital relationships, and better mental and physical health. Although little empirical research has examined the relationship between employment and meaning and purpose in life, employment is considered a domain that may promote this aspect of flourishing. For example, if you worked in healthcare or other essential fields in 2020, you may have felt a greater sense of purpose in life.
Training
Thriving can mean educating yourself. Higher levels of education have been found to predict higher levels of happiness and life satisfaction, although this is because those who are more educated are also more likely to have higher incomes, be employed, and be married (all important factors that can impact flourishing!). School is also an environment that can foster character development, although additional empirical research is needed to examine this pathway to development.
These are not exhaustive and include all areas of life that can promote one or two aspects of thriving (for example, exercise certainly promotes mental and physical health!).
