Doing the opposite of what you would normally do can help you think outside the box in your brain. Try this strategy when you feel stuck and want to make positive changes in your life.

The bad news is that when we consistently engage in thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and behaviors that produce negative emotions, our brains can actually generate those negative emotions more effectively.
The good news is that the brain changes throughout our lives.
